Our patented WIDEMOUTH® technology
Automatically changes the press opening from 0.937” up to 3”.
Designed to work with traditional 0.937” steel rule, and now serrated steel rule up to 3” in height, at the push of a button, for die-cutting a wide variety of substrates including honeycomb, foamboard, foamcorr, foils, and more.

WIDEMOUTH® technology enables fast changeover between steel-to-steel die cutting and Soft Cut™ (serrated) die cutting, as no filler plates need to be added or removed to adjust the press opening.

HONEYCOMB DIE CUTTING
Dicar Magnetic Anvil Pads are the ideal solution for cutting plastic board, honeycomb, and other materials. Dicar Magnetic Flat Anvil Pads feature either a magnetic or metal backing and are easy to install and remove on your press. With the patented Dicar Magnetic Flat Anvil Pads, no make-ready process is required.

Using special serrated cutting rules, you can cut completely through materials such as honeycomb, plastic corrugated board, Eska board, Re-board, Swedboard, etc., directly into the pad. For standard paper and board, standard knives can be used.
